The conference’s first day, featured panels on Food Processing & Preserving Strategies, Food Quality & Health, Changes in physicochemical properties microbial loads, antioxidant activity.

The second day began with Food & Beverage methylxanthines, glycolalkaloids, pyrolizidines and phenolic alkaloids: Processing effects by Ozlem Tokusoglu Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey The conference concluded with the poster session.
